UPL: Express FC vs Vipers SC To Be Played Before League Restart

The Uganda Premier League Secretariat has set dates for two games that had been postponed earlier.

The two game involve defending champions Vipers SC who were unable to play on match day one and two due to their engagements in the CAF Champions league.

Both fixtures have now been set before the anticipated return of games which had been set on February 12.

This was confirmed on Thursday afternoon through a press statement released by the secretariat.

The league had earlier been paused to enable Uganda take part in the CHAN tournament in Cameroon where they were eliminated at the group stage on Tuesday.

Vipers who had played just three of the first five match days will now host MYDA FC on Saturday, February 06 before travelling to Wankulukuku to take on Express FC three days later.

The dates for match day six have been maintained and it will start with four games on Friday, February 12 and end with one fixture on Sunday.
