Brian Muruli delighted with Police FC debut goal

Police FC news striker Brian Mulili says he is delighted with scoring for the Cops against Kyetume FC.

Mululi was among the goal scorers as Police defeated the Slaughters 3-1 at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo on Friday, Feburary 12.

He scored the third goal for the team to join Johnson Odongo and Mawejje Muwadda on the score sheet.

Speaking after the game, the youngster could not hide his delight.

“Am very honoured and excited to have scored for my new team. Mululi who joined Police from Hoima Kitara revealed.

“As any other player making his debut on the team and to go to score, to me it indicates a lot interns of achievement and self encouragement.

Muruli joined Police fc from newly promoted Kitara fc where he scored more than three goals in the five matches he played.

He was a hero at Kitara having scored the goal that sent Kitara to the top flight, netting against Kiboga Young.

Brian believes he can continue scoring because of the creativity of the players in the Police team.

“I hope I can score very many goals for the team because the team creates a lot of the chances for the strikers so it depends on the player’s finishing and skills.

” Police style of play is also favourable as it doesn’t need you to be so strong.

“What you are required to do is keep the ball and use it well.

Currently the Cops sit top of the UPL log with 12 points from six games.
