Despite the current conditions, which look good, at Express FC, their head coach Wasswa Bbosa insists that nothing is yet done.
Speaking after his side beat URA FC 1-0 on Sunday, Bbosa said they came prepared ahead of the game and more is still needed to be done so as to achieve their ultimate targets.
“We managed to win the URA game because we prepared well as we rectified our mistakes because we were always conceding from set pieces which was not the issue on Sunday. Bbosa said.
“We expect to react quickly regarding the mistakes we made today (Sunday) so that we are well prepared for KCCA FC on Wednesday.”
Despite collecting four points from two sides that are expected to challenge for this year’s title (they drew 1-1 with Vipers SC last Tuesday), Bbosa believes there’s still work to do for Express FC to get back at top.
“Our target is to take Express at top and it is our ultimate goal. Bbosa continued.
“Yes we are playing KCCA FC on Wednesday, they have good players and technical stuff all we expect is a better tactical approach so that we beat them.”
Express FC are currently 4th on the Uganda premier league table with 12points from six games and are yet to lose a game.
The Red Eagles welcome KCCA FC on match day 7 at the BetWay Muteesa II stadium on Wednesday.
