URA FC striker Cromwell Rwothomio is delighted for scoring on his return to to the first team.
Rwothomio had missed the first six games of the season for the Tax Collectors.
On his return, on Wednesday, he netted a hat trick as URA FC beat MYDA 3-0 away from home.
Rwothomio who was a consistent feature in Simbwa’s starting team last season also thanked his coaches.
“I feel so great, I thank the coaches who trusted me to start in the game. He said.
“It’s been a while since I last played, I am happy that i started with scoring.
“It is like I started from where I stopped last season.”
The former Paidha Black Angles forward brought to light that he had tasted positive to COVID-19 and that was the reason he has been out.
“I had tested positive for covid-19 that’s why I have not been playing.
“But now am back, fully fit and looking forward to winning more matches as we chase the title this time.”
“We had a very beautiful game here, and we are going to carry on the same spirit when we face the next opponent.”
After 7 games played, URA FC now move to 3rd place on the log with 14 points.
They will be welcoming Wakiso Giants in their next fixture at the arena of Visions in Ndejje, Bombo.
