We want to paint a better picture of winning at home starting with KCCA FC – Bamweyana.

Wakiso giants head coach Douglas Bamweyana says his side will be eyeing a victory when they take on KCCA FC on Tuesday, February 23.

The Purple Sharks have been deprived of victories this season, winning just a single game in their opening eight encounters.

At home, where they face the 13-time Champions, Wakiso are yet to register a victory, drawing all there four games.

Their sole victory came in a 1-0 win away to Mbarara City on match-day six.

Speaking ahead of match-day nine, Bamweyana notes that his team want to paint a better picture by starting to win at home.

“The team is all ready, we don’t have any injury concerns, everyone is good to go. Bamweyana stated.

“We have prepared well, we want to paint a better picture of winning at home tomorrow.”

In search for a first home victory, Wakiso comes up against a KCCA FC side that is fresh from winning their first game in five as they thrashed MYDA FC 5-0.

Bamweyana is also well aware of the threat the Kasasiros possess.

“We are aware of the threat of the opponent, so we are looking forward tomorrow.”

Wakiso starts the day in 10th spot with 10 points from seven games.
