Byekwaso Names Team For Burkina Faso Mission

Uganda Hippos coach Morley Byekwaso has named the starting XI for the quarterfinal encounter against Burkina Faso.

The gaffer has not made any change from the team that beat hosts Mauritania in the last group game.

Goals from Steven Sserwadda and Derrick Kakooza handed Hippos a ticket to this stage after the side finished second with six points.

Jack Komakech has been retained in the posts while Sam Ssenyonjo will carry the team’s goal scoring burden.

Left back Aziz Kayondo who was named the man of the match against Mauritania, will hope to replicate his performance with trademark moves.
