I Will Now Score More Often – Musiige

Express FC attacking midfielder Charles Musiige has vowed to score more often after netting in the 3-0 win over Wakiso Giants FC.

Musiige scored the second goal for the Red Eagles in the 11th minute with George Ssenkaba and Geoffrey Lwesibawa scoring the others.

Speaking after the game, Musiige could not hide his excitement for scoring his first goal of the season.

“First of all I’m happy for scoring my first goal of the season as an attacking midfielder. Charles Musiige stated in a post match press conferences on Friday.

“Its been a blow for me going 8 to 9games without a goal yet its one of the jobs I was brought to do but I thank God that I’m scoring again.

“I expect to start scoring more after my first goal today (Friday).

“I am happy because we came into the game with a lot of ambitions, a win in the fixture takes us top of the table.

“We are well motivated and what the coaches told us, was done 60% but If we did it at 100% we would have scored like 7goals.

On winning the League tittle Musiige had no second thought.

“This season we have all it takes, we have good players with the mixture of young and experienced and we have the best technical bench in Uganda according to me and believe we good to go.

“This season we are winning the tittle.”

Express FC are currently table leaders with 22 points from 10 games.

The Red Eagles play away to Kitara on Match day 11.
