KCCA FC were held to a thrilling 1-1 draw at home to Police FC on Friday.

In a game that saw both sides waste several opportunities, Muwadda Mawejje struck for the visitors but Sadat Anaku equalized in the second half to see the two sides share the spoils.

Muwadda poked hoke from close range after a brilliant run down the right by Duncan Sseninde who beat two KCCA defenders on his was before putting it on the plate for Muwadda.

With Police seemingly in control of proceedings, Anaku rose highest to bode home the equaliser from Samuel Kato’s long cross.

It was an entertaining contest that saw the two sides, each dominant either half before settling for a point in the end.

The result sees KCCA stay in 4th spot with 27 points while Police are 5th, two points adrift of the Kasasiro Boys.

In their next fixtures, KCCA are away to Vipers SC on Wednesday while Police hosts Express FC the day before.
