Preview: Will Villa Return To Winning ways?

SC Villa welcome Onduparaka FC at Bombo Barracks Military grounds in the only Sunday Premier League fixture.

The Jogoos will seek to return to winning ways after falling to Vipers in their last league game, and have only one win to show in their previous games so far this season.

A lot is not right at the club at the moment after stories of unpaid arrears have resurfaced in recent days and it remains to be seen if the players can put behind such obstacles behind for the crucial tie.

They will be solid at the back after the return of youngster Gavin Kizito and Asuman Alishe but Edward Kaziba will have to rotate his attack force in a bid to give Onduparaka a run for their money.

Seated in 8th with 19 points, a win will see Villa replace Onduparaka (19 points) in seventh place.

The Caterpillars have a depleted squad but have managed to collect two wins straight – Beating Mbarara City and Bright Stars.

But against Villa, Onduparaka face a team that is hungry although the motivation factor remains a doubt.

How to watch – SC Villa will be expected to admit 200 season ticket holders, and the game will be live on Sanyuka TV at 3pm courtesy of League sponsors StarTimes Uganda.
