KCCA FC forward Sadat Anaku has been norminated for the Uganda Premier League player of the month of March.
Anaku who was in good form for the Kasasiro Boys scored six goals in March as his side three wins, drawn one and lost only once.
The others joining him are URA FC forward Steven Mukwala and Busoga United forward Shaka Ssozi who were also on form for their previous clubs.
Mukwala, scored six goals for his side in the five games played in March to help the Tax Collectors keep in the race for the title.
URA are currently in second on 36 points level with Vipers SC and Mukwala’s goals saw him move top of scoring charts with 10 goals.
On the other hand, Shaka Ssozi, for Busoga United, netted three goals as his side registered four wins to move out of the relegation zone.
All the three are battling it out for the award that is given to the best player at the start of every Month.
In last month of February, Police FC’s Brian Muluuli was voted the best beating stiff competition from Express FC striker George Senkaaba and Vipers SC forward Paul Mucureezi.
