Preview: MYDA FC Out For Third League Win
Malaba Youth Development Association (MYDA) football club will be desperate for a second successive win when they visit Uganda police FC at the Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
MYDA FC surprisingly beat Onduparaka FC 3-2 in their last league win and will be rejuvenated as their visit Abdallah Mubiru’s side.
Police FC convincingly beat Kitara 5-1 in their last league game and will be hoping for more of the same.
Forward Ben Ocen will be banked on to lift Police FC to their 11th win of the season.
MYDA’s Mutebi duo of Eric and Peter will be the played expected to lift the visitors to victory.
Police FC are currently 5th on the Uganda Premier League table with 34points.
MYDA sit 15th on the log with 9 points and a win against Police will see them move to within 7 points of Kyetume who are in 14th.
This will be the second meeting between both teams in history of the UPL.
Police FC beat MYDA FC 1-3 in the reverse fixture.
