BUL FC have confirmed they have parted ways with head coach Arthur Kyesimira.
The Jinja based side made the announcement on Wednesday, April 28 via their official website.
“We can announce today that we have taken the decision to part ways with our head coach Mr. Arthur Kyesimira.” Read part of the announcement.
The two parties have decided to move separate ways after a poor run of results that have seen BUL slip towards the bottom of the table.
At the time of Kyesimira’s exit, BUL had won just one of their past seven league games and as a consequence, dropped to 9th position with 25 points from 21 games.
The club also announced that Alex Isabirye has been appointed as a caretaker coach and will be in charge until the end of the season.
Isabirye takes over barely a month after he was asked to step aside by Kyetume following a run of 11 games without victory.
His first task will be in the Uganda Cup where BUL will take on either Kitara FC or Kigezi Home Boyz next week.
In the league, BUL hosts Mbarara City FC at the Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe in their next encounter.
