Relegation threatened Ndejje University will face Promotion hopefuls Proline in the Big League at the Arena of Visions this Wednesday.

The Fufa Big League matches that were meant to be played on Thursday 10th June were rescheduled to Wednesday following the President’s directive to suspend inter-district travels.

Ndejje University sit 5th in the Rwenzori group with 13 points in 12 matches, two points above relegation zone.

On the other hand, Proline are second with 23 points, just four points below leaders Tooro United.

In the first round, the two sides played out a one-all draw at the Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

Both teams need a win in this game to advance their targets.

Victory for Ndejje University will improve their survival chances going into the final day. However, they can no longer earn a place in the promotional playoff.

A win for Proline on the otherside will pile more pressure on Tooro United who are chasing automatic promotion. Tooro need a win to seal a place in the Uganda Premier League next season.

Ndejje University will be looking to avoid back to back loses after losing their last game away to relegation threatened Water FC 2-1 at Kavumba Recreation Ground.

While Proline comes into this game full of confidence after thrashing Nyamityobora 4-0 at the MTN Omondi stadium Lugogo.
