Express FC Chairman Kiryowa Kiwanuka has been named the new government Atonney General.
KK, as he’s fondly called in football circles, replaces fellow learned Friend William Byaruhanga as the principal legal adviser to the government of Uganda.
The development was confirmed by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as he named the eagerly awaited new cabinet, and notably naming former Education and Sports minister Jessica Alupo as new Vice President on Tuesday evening.
