KCCA Set to Retain Coach KB in Technical Bench overhaul

KCCA FC is set to retain Badru Kaddu as part of coach Morely Byekwaso’s backroom staff in the capacity of deputy head coach.

Morley Bwekwaso’s two year deal extension with the Kasasiro Boys is imminent and it’s believed that the Hippos gaffer has fancied to work with the former first team coach.

Out of contract Bright stars’ Baker Mbowa and former Maroons head coach Asaph Mwebaze had initially been approached to fill the deputy coach role but none could reach a concesus.

It’s also understood by this website that former club defender Richard Malinga is set to be elevated to the first team coach role.

KCCA FC have already completed the signing of former captain Saka Mpiima who was handed the responsibility of the junior team in assistance of Richard Malinga following the departure of Coach Nelson Magera

Kaddu Badru has been Morely’s assistant on interim basis since the departure of Mike Mutebi in March early this year

KB as mostly known by the football circles joined the Kasasiro boys in 2015 as part of former manager Mike Mutebi’s backroom staff.
