Newly appointed Uganda Cranes Coach Milutin Sredojevic Micho has jetted into the country on the eve of his unveiling as new Cranes Coach.
The Serbian tactician will be marking his second stint as Cranes Coach with the initial one coming between 2013-2017.
Micho mutually terminated his contract with the Football Association of Zambia after FUFA approached him with the possibility of returning.
He left under acrimonious circumstances in 2017 but the Serb seems to have buried the hatchet with the Custodians of local football and both parties have found love again.
The highlight of Micho tetulage was when he guided Uganda to her first ever Africa Cup of Nations finals qualification in 2016.
He will address the media at FUFA headquarters in Mengo, Kampala on Tuesday, 3rd August 2021 and pertinent on the agenda will be who Micho will work with on his backroom staff.
The well travelled coach inherits a totally changed squad from the one he left back then after some of his trusted lieutenants retired from national team football. Denis Onyango, Hassan Wasswa Mawanda, and Geoffrey Massa have all called it quits.
