Uganda Premier League record winners SC Villa have started their walk to recovery if we are to judge by their transfer business.
Close sources to the club have revealed to The-SportsNation that the club has acquired attacking midfielder Isma Mugulusi from Busoga United and defender Kenneth Ssemakula.
The duo were part of Uganda Hippos team that reached AFCON U20 Championship final in Mauritania.
The club recently confirmed of plans to put aside an estimated Sh100m as their transfer kit to bring in new players.
SC Villa is also said to be in strong position to land former Uganda Cranes duo of Godfrey Walusimbi and Hassan Wasswa.
They have lost Alex Wasswa to KCCA FC after they agreed to terminate his contract.
Saidi Keni has joined BUL FC while Andrew Kiwanuka and Nasser Lukwago where given permission to negotiate transfers with any other club.
Captain Asuman Alishe, Fahad Badiro and Faizal Muwawu are the other departures.
