Uganda Premier League side KCCA FC have confirmed signing versatile Geoffrey Wasswa.
Wasswa left SC Villa at the end of last season, ending a short spell since joining from Vipers.
He had talks with URA FC before a deal fell through. It is reported that Wasswa was not convinced with the Sign-on fee and monthly salary the Tax Collectors were putting on table.
The defender, before joining Vipers midway last season, also trained with Express FC before the deal hit a dead end.
He will be a big boost for KCCA FC who have experienced players like Denis Iguma in the ranks.
He is the sixth signing for KCCA FC who earlier added Brian Majwega, Brian Kayanja, Emmanuel Wasswa, Yasser Mugerwa and Usama Arafat.
