Muzamir Mutyaba Set For KCCA FC Return

KCCA FC are set to re-sign Express FC midfielder Muzamir Mutyaba, The-SportsNation has learnt.

Mutyaba left KCCA FC to join the Wankulukuku based side in January 2021, ending his five-year spell at the club.

He signed a one-year deal at the coach Wasswa Bbosa coached team and has been outstanding as the team won the league and CECAFA Kagame Cup.

The midfielder notably scored three goals enroute to the side’s tremendous run to the CECAFA finals.

The playmaker who is capped 27 times for the national team first played at Maroons FC before joining Victoria University in 2012. He then moved to KCCA FC in 2015.

He won several titles with KCCA FC and also bagged a player of the year gong in 2017.

He was among the players released under controversial circumstances by coach Mike Mutebi.

Mutyaba has emerged as a target for Morley Byekwaso thanks to his experience and creativity.

Innocent Wafula, Brian Majwega, Emmanuel Wasswa, Usama Arafat, Brian Kayanja, Yasser Mugerwa and Geoffrey Wasswa are the latest signings at the club.
