KCCA FC academy graduate Moses Aliro has penned an emotional farewell to the club’s technical management team, the administration and the entire fans fraternity on his Facebook account following his release
According to KCCA, the player and his representative sat down with the club and agreed to part ways with mutual consent with the motivation for the decision being the quest for playing time.
The fullback signed his first senior professional contract with the Kasasiro Boys in 2020 and was supposed to expire in January 2025.
After the realization that his time wasn’t to come now, he along with his agent decided to look for an alternative solution for the young talent to showcase his incredible skills.
“Today I say goodbye to you, to a great club and of course to the amazing fans. I say goodbye with serenity to someone who has given his all in every training session, in every game. I am sad to leave the club,” He emotionally wrote.
“I wouldn’t want to end this without thanking everyone, employees, teammates, staff and fans for all your support, trust and for making me feel at home since the first day,” he added.
Aliro is the seventh player to be released by the club. The other six players are Kato Samuel, Ivan Kalanzi, Filbert Obenchan, Keziron Kizito, Hassan Matovu and Steven Serwadda.
