Fufa Big League side Blacks Power FC have signed former Nzoia Sugar FC striker Boris Kwezi on a one year contract, The-SportsNation can confirm.
It has been understood that both parties – the player’s agent and club – reached an agreement to see the player join the Bukedea based side.
The Uganda born striker joins as a free agent following the end of his spell at the Kenya premier league side, Nzoia Sugar.
He had joined KPL side from then Big league side Water FC in 2020. However, he left the club in September last year citing unpaid arrears at the club.
Kwezi becomes the latest signing at the club joining former Onduparaka Midfielder Joel Jangeyambe who recently signed for the club.
Reports also have it that former Nyamityobora FC Midfielder Sharif Kyandiga has already joined the club with only official unveiling pending.
Last season, Blacks Power missed out on promotion to the Uganda Premier League having lost 2-1 to Proline in the FUFA Big League Playoffs that were held at Njeru.
The Big League side has already lost key players like Ivan Okello who joined Onduparaka and Nigerian born midfielder Innocent Maduka who signed to new Uganda Premier League entrants Arua Hill.
