Uganda Premier League side Police FC has signed former player Juma Balinya after the attacking midfielder left KCCA FC.
Balinya returns to the club where he was the League top scorer for the 2018-2019 season when he scored 19 goals.
He joins Eddie Kapampa and Goalkeeper Oloka Sammon who signed a four years contract with the Kops to replace Derrick Ochan who joined KCCA, among other new signings at the club.
He was released by KCCA having joined the Kasasiro Boys last year on a two years employment contract but failed to command playing time.
Balinya left Police for Tanzania’s Yanga before moving to Kenyan Side Gor Mahia.
Police FC, who lost Denis Rukundo, Henry Katongole, Derrick Kakooza among others, were beaten by Vipers on Tuesday 2-0 at Njeru in the semis of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
