Sunday, October 3
*Eswatini Vs Uganda – 1pm
*Zambia Vs Namibia – 4:30pm

Uganda will seek to make amends when they meet Eswatini in the second round of matches in Group C of the ongoing 2021 COSAFA Women Championship.

The Crested Cranes played out a goalless draw with Namibia in their opening game and there will be no room for error this time round.

“We expect to perform well, we have been working more on finishing well and trying to use the ball well,” said Crested Cranes coach George William Lutalo after Saturday’s training.

“And as far as players are concerned, all players are willing to give us good results. We expect a better performance from the one against our opening match.

“We have laid properly our strategy.”

Uganda will fancy their chances against Eswatini who shipped in five in a 5-0 loss to Zambia in their opener.

Did You Know – The Kingdom of Eswatini, was renamed in 2018 from Swaziland.

Eswatini are awaiting their first ever qualification out of the groups but have work cut out against Uganda who will be hungry to put some goals on board.

Uganda who is using the match for African Women Qualification tie against Ethiopia, will Zambia on Tuesday.

Zambia, who beat Eswatini 5-0 in their opener, have Namibia today in the other group game.
