Uganda Cranes: Full House in Camp Ahead of Rwanda Showdown

Three more foreign based players have joined the Uganda Cranes camp preparing for the double header against Rwanda this month in 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

The three players are Timothy Denis Awany, Fahad Bayo and Mustafa Kizza who have joined the team in camp at Cranes paradise Hotel in Kisasi.

The trio joins newly named captain Khalid Aucho, Ismael Watenga, Moses Waiswa, Taddeo Lwanga, Khalid Aucho and Isaac Muleme who joined the team training on Monday.

Charles Lukwago was the first of nine foreign based players to join the team.

The addition of Israel based duo Bayo and Awany is a big boost after they missed the two games against Mali and Kenya, and so is Taddeo Lwanga.

Micho is expected to trim some of the players who play in StarTimes Uganda Premier League before the teams departs for Rwanda.
