Gaddafi FC home ground, the Gaddafi Arena, has been given a green light to host Uganda Premier League games this season.
This is a huge boost for Gaddafi FC who are set for their debut season in top flight.
The club was set to host their games at Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe.
Consequently, Gaddafi FC’s first league game on Sunday has been pushed to Monday at 4pm “upon the broadcaster’s request,” UPL CEO Bernard Bainamani has confirmed.
The Soldier Boys earned UPL ticket after beating Proline FC 2-0 in the FUFA Big League playoff final.
