Preview: KCCA FC Seek To Extend Perfect Start

KCCA FC will look to extend their 100% start to the 2021/22 Uganda Premier League season when they host Tooro United at Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

They have win three games from as many – Wakiso Giants, Gaddafi FC and Busoga United.

Morley Byekwaso, however, anticipates a tough game and has vowed not to take the visitors for granted.

“Its going to be a hard one, there is no weak team this season like I told you earlier,” Byekwaso said.

“Every team has good players and they are very compact, so it’s about us to raise our confidence and raise our form tomorrow.

“We told the players what we want when are playing at home, our first game at home against Gaddafi did not paint a good picture. So we want to play better.”

KCCA FC are yet to find a real test and just like the other three they have beaten so far, Tooro United may not pose a big threat to Byekwaso’s charges.

The Visitors have collected four points in their two opening games – They beat Mbarara City before a draw against Gaddafi, both games played at Buhinga.

Sunday Opio scored the only goal to hand KCCA FC maximum points over Tooro United the last time the two sides met at Lugogo.
