Preview: Busoga United Out To Rectify Mistakes

Busoga United assistant coach Jimmy Jalendo says that they have rectified their mistakes ahead of their league clash with Tooro United.

Busoga United have lost their last two games since an opening victory against Gaddafi FC in the Jinja Derby.

They were beaten by KCCA FC and Wakiso Giants.

“We were so poor in finishing and we conceded late goals,” said Jalendo. “We have tried to rectify our mistakes and we expect to come back stronger. The team is in good shape and hopefully we can come up with a win.”

The hosts on the other hand, have collected four points and sit 11th, just two places above Busoga United on the log.

Tooro United beat Mbarara City in the Western Derby, drew with Gaddafi and lost to KCCA FC in their last league game.

The side will bank on hot striker Marvin Oshaba who will carry the scoring burden, and given that they are playing at home, coach Edward Golola will settle for nothing but maximum points.

This is the last game before the league takes an international break.
