Big League: Maroons Sink Proline at Lugogo

Fred Amaku scored the all important goal as Maroons beat Proline in the FUFA Big League encounter at the Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

Amaku bundled home in the 11th minute and the visitors held on until the final whistle.

Its the first win for the Prisoners this season after the side were held by Calvary in their opener at Luzira.

Proline’s search for their first maximum points continues to another matchday having played a goalless draw against Nyamityobora at Kakyeka stadium in their first match.

Maroons has now collected four points in two games while Proline has one point and they are yet to score a goal this season.

What next – Both sides will return to action on Sunday 28th November as Proline host Kataka at the MTN Omondi Stadium while Maroon host Ndejje University at the Luzira prisons ground.
