KCCA 3-1 Police FC
Tooro United 1-3 BUL FC

Bright Stars and Arua Hill played out a goalless draw at a wet Kavumba Recreation Ground in a league game that was delayed due to heavy rain.

Bright Stars regained and settled into the game after Arua Hill looked the better side in the opening minutes.

Captain Nelson Senkatuka came closest for the hosts twice but was denied by Goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa clean saves after being found by play marker Jungu Methodius.

The striker who recently celebrated scoring his 50th goal for the club, missed another perfect opportunity after beating the Goalkeeper to the ball but he skied it over the ball.

Rogers Omedwa was once again called into action with a good save to punch away Loki Emmanuel’s strike.

Arua Hill early dominance nearly paid off with Alfred Leku involved in both chances, first seeing his first attempt of the game go over the bar before teeing up Samuel Ssekamatte after Allan Katwe slipped but the former Bright Stars striker couldn’t connect the ball.

Bright Stars maintains the 14th position with 6 points while Arua Hill are 7th with 14 points.

What next for both sides – Bright Stars will return to action away to BUL at the Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe on Friday 17th December while Arua Hill will be at home against SC Villa at the Barifa Stadium on Tuesday 14th December in a scheduled game.
