Much will be at stake as action in the Bulange returns with the last group games on Monday in the ongoing Masaza Cup tournament at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru.
The first game of the day at noon will see Bugerere take on Kyaggwe while Busiro will be up against Buvuma later in the evening.
Coming into these last group games, three teams in Bugerere, Kyaggwe and Busiro all have chances of storming the quarter finals.
Following their 4-1 win against Buvuma last Friday, Bugerere joined the Qualification contest and find themselves in a must win situation when they face off with Kyaggwe on Monday afternoon.
For Kyaggwe on four points in the second position, they will need to pick any positive result on Monday to seal a place in the quarter finals.
Meanwhile on the other hand, Busiro face off with Buvuma in the other game of the day later in the evening.
Sitted at the top with four points, Simon Ddungu’s men will all go out for maximum points to maintain their leadership at the top.
For Buvuma, they are already out of the Qualification contest and will be playing to finalise with their group games.
Four teams that include Buddu, Buwekula, Ssingo and Buluuli have already sealed a place to the quarter finals after topping their respective groups.
Just as it was in the previous 2020 Masaza Cup, this year’s tournament is also being played in a tournament format with strict adherence to Covid-19 rules and set ministry of Health guidelines.
