Striker Ivan Ahimbisibwe helped UPDF pick a point against BUL in a oneall draw at Bombo.

This is the first ever league draw between the two sides as UPDF maintained their home unbeaten run.

Musa Esenu gave BUL the lead after he was sent through by Ibrahim Mugulusi to beat the Goalkeeper in the 12th minute.

UPDF could have equalised at the stroke of halftime but Ahimbisibwe ballooned the ball instead of passing to unmarked Kigozi Ambrose.

Ahimbisibwe later made amends when he equalised for the hosts in the 79th minute after receiving the ball from debutant Abantu Herbert.

Brian Bwete pulled a decent save to deny Simon Peter Oketch late freekick before Saidi Keni made a very late one-on-one save from Mugisha Rogers.

UPDF are 7th on the log with 18 points after 12 matches while BUL are 3rd with 22 points
