SC Villa Vice President (fans mobilisation) Engineer Ben Immanuel Misagga has promised to revive SC Villa fans vibrance.

He made the remarks after his meeting with the fans at the Villa Park in Nsambya on Sunday.

The meeting was organised after SC Villa were last month docked a point and a goal after fans trouble against KCCA match in Njeru.

“The intention of this meeting is to revive the Vibrance of the Villa fans and to reach out to all ugandans that Villa is back and it is the one in the driving seat,” stated Misagga

The club appointed a committee made up of 30 members that will revive the fans section. The fans were sensitized by FUFA Safety and Security Committee Abdul Ssekabira.

“The decision made today is to appoint a 30 man committee to steer the revival of the fans in the next 90 days”.

“The official from FUFA was invited because we don’t want to whip our fans when they don’t know what is wrong and right”.

“So I think it was proper for us to first bring in a FUFA official to teach and educate our fans what to do in the stadium”.

SC Villa are 10th on the log with 16 points after 12 matches, they have won four, drawn four and lost four.

Misagga admits that FUFA president Moses Magogo is the reason why Villa is back to the limelight because he brought all the former presidents together.

“First of all Moses Magogo is a Villa fan secondly he’s the FUFA president and third it was because of him that all former presidents had to come together to make sure that Villa comes back to limelight”.

“Specifically they are nothing he did but the method he used to attract us back is what I have applauded”.

SC Villa next game is against Bright Stars on Tuesday 4th at Kavumba before hosting UPDF on Saturday 8th, there last game of the first will be away to Vipers on Wednesday 12th January.
