Ibrah Kazindula (brace) and Ibrahim Nsimbe scored for Bul as they suffered defeat on the road.
The opening exchanges saw a closely contested affair as both sides tried to settle in to the game.
However, it was the Visitors who scored first in the 17th minute through Kazindula, who saw his free kick go straight into the back of the net to put his side ahead.
There on, the hosts showed composure, launched various attacks and could have leveled matters moments later but missed a couple.
Moses Aliro shot wide when infront of goal before Bul FC goalkeeper made a timely save to deny midfielder Lawrence Bukenya.
Finally the endless attacks paid off as Aliro levelled matters for his side in the 37th minute.
Five minutes later, Wakiso Giants were awarded a penalty after Ivan Bogere was fouled in the forbidden area by goalkeeper Saidi Keni. From the resultant spot, Bogere took responsibility and scored to put his side ahead before the interval.
At the restart of the second stanza, the hosts started the better side in a bid to score more but the Visitors remained composed and waited to catch them at the break.
Despite the host’s dominance, Bul levelled matters through Nsimbe with four minutes past the hour mark.
With the game back to level, Bul lanched more attacks and it paid off with a penalty in the 75th minute after Reagan Kalyowa was fouled in the area. Kazindula took responsibility to score his second, putting his side infront again.
However, the lead didn’t last for long as Aliro levelled matters again five minutes later before substitute Masiko made it four, scoring from the spot with seven minutes to play. The latter’s goal could later turn to be winner on the day.
Victory ensured that Wakiso Giants moved to 24 points but remained in the sixth position after 14 games played (W7, D3, L4 ).
