Ssenjobe Reveals Secret Behind His Improved Performance at Police

Uganda Cranes and Police FC defender Eric Senjobe has revealed the secret behind his improved performance since joining the Cops in July 2020 from KCCA FC.

When talking to The-SportsNation, the left back revealed that Police’s playing style which he fits in well and their coaching staff, is the force for his outstanding performance.

“Me putting up a good performance is because of the club I chose to play for, even when I had many deals elsewhere, their coaching staff have something I always wanted to learn from plus police’s style of play which dominated so well for me to play this well,” said Ssenjobe.

“And trust me, my stay at Police has not been bad because I get all the playing time and that’s all any player would ask for when joining any team.”

The Former Terenova academy player, who has big dreams of playing in the world Cup for his country, signed a two year contract for Cops in search for playing time he was not getting at his former KCCA FC.

Despite seeing him perform to that level on the pitch, the Smart man also faces some challenges at the club but he still smiles because they share those bad moments as a team.

“Not being paid on time tops my worst challenges here, we luck support from our board and may be that’s why we hard a little bit of hard first round, but we are looking forward to improve even more and do better in our second round because the happiness we share as a team in bad times, keeps us pushing”

Police won only four games out of their 15 first round matches, and they will kick off second round in 10th position on the log with only 16 points.
