SC Villa managed to overcome Gaddafi, securing a hard-fought 1-0 victory in a dramatic league encounter at Wankulukuku.

Ivan Bogere scored the lone strike that decided the contest marred by wasted opportunities.

Bogere’s quick reaction led to the decisive goal, capitalizing on a goalkeeper error after Andrew Ssekandi spilled Umar Lutalo’s tame freekick.

Gaddafi missed plenty of opportunities, with Ronald Bithum squandering two keeper-to-beat chances while Benson Muhindo hit the post before Steven Munguchi failed to convert the rebound.
