Police aims to bounce back to winning ways as they confront visitors Kataka at Kavumba recreation ground in FUFA Big League.

Currently leading the table, they head into this match following a 1-1 draw against Kigezi Homeboyz.

Police took the lead through Duncan Sseninde but the hosts levelled matters as Police settled for their third draw of the season.

The result reduced Police’s lead at the top to two points.

However, a victory could extend their lead to five points, especially since second-placed Lugazi won’t be playing until Friday against Jinja North United.

This season, Police has suffered only one loss, a 2-1 defeat to Booma, and has triumphed in all six home games, scoring three times in their last two matches at Kavumba.

On the other hand, Kataka, the visitors, have won their last two matches, including an away victory against the bottom side Ndejje, marking their only win on the road.

In the previous season, Police emerged victorious with a 1-0 win over Kataka at Kavumba.
