Kampala Queens Appoint Charles Ayiekho As New Head Coach

Charles Ayiekho Lukula has been appointed as the new head coach for Kampala Queens FC, succeeding Sam Charles Ssenyange.

Ayiekho, who signed a two-year contract, brings a wealth of experience, having notably guided Simba Queens to the CAF Women’s Champions League semifinals.

He also helped She Corporate in the CAF Women’s Champions League zonal qualifiers.

Ayiekho has served in various coaching positions across Ugandan football clubs like URA FC, Vipers, Police FC, among others.

Additionally, Ayiekho assists Crested Cranes head coach Sheryl Bote. His primary objective at Kampala Queens is to defend their Women Super League title, which they clinched last year.

Ayiekho will be supported by a team featuring Ali Zzinda, Tonny Mawejje, John Bosco Kassozi, Sekiziyivu Juma, and Waidah Abdul Ghan in various roles within the club.
