•Express 3-0 Gaddafi
•BUL 1-1 Mbarara City
•NEC 2-1 Arua Hill

Express secured a dominant 3-0 victory against Gaddafi at Wankulukuku, marking their fourth consecutive win in the Uganda Premier League.

Isaac Wagoina, Alpha Ssali, and Andrew Kawooya found the net for Express.

Wagoina confidently converted a penalty after being fouled in the box following a precise pass from Ssali.

Ssali, after receiving the ball from John Assiimwe, skillfully scored with his left foot, doubling the lead before halftime.

Later, coming off the bench, Kawooya brilliantly curled in a free-kick, securing a substantial lead that made Gaddafi’s comeback unlikely.

The Red Eagles have maintained a clean sheet in their last three matches, bouncing back after their loss to Kitara.

Meanwhile, Gaddafi slipped to 13th place with 16 points, following their defeat after a recent 2-1 triumph over BUL, while Express holds the sixth spot with 25 points, tying with SC Villa, who will face URA on Sunday.

Next up, Express kicks off their Second Round campaign against Mbarara City on February 9 at Kakyeka, while Gaddafi will host URA, managed by David Obua, on the same date.
