Brian Kalumba Ends Stint with Kiyovu After Six Months

In a surprising turn of events, Ugandan striker Brian Kalumba has left Rwandan side Kiyovu SC.

The decision, reached through mutual agreement, marks the conclusion of Kalumba’s six-month tenure with the club since his arrival in July last year.

Kalumba’s journey with Kiyovu began after he inked a three-year deal in July last year, having previously concluded his association with Gaddafi FC.

Kalumba made his debut in the Uganda Premier League in 2019 with Vipers, before he had a loan spell with UPDF.

As Kalumba parts ways with Kiyovu SC, speculations arise about his next destination, with a return to Uganda Premier League expected soon.
