Arua Hill Confirm New Technical Team

Arua Hill SC club has confirmed a list of eight new members who will be part of the West Nile-based side’s technical team.

The embattled Uganda Premier League (UPL) team will headed by the club’s former assistant coach Sadik Sempigi as the head coach.

Ssempigi, who has previously been at Jinja North and Mbarara City since leaving Arua will now return to Westnile to work closely with Frank Ssebagala Kisitu as his assistant coach.

Oliver Mbekeka will work as the fitness coach, Richard Lukyamuzi as the goalkeeping coach, and Umar Ddumba has been appointed as the youth coach.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Sadick Akii has been employed as the team doctor. Drake Lule will work as the therapist, Tonny Ssenabulya the match analyst.

Halfway through the season, and the Leopards have already endured the worst start they’ve ever had in the league since promotion three seasons ago.

The have problems ranging from governance, ownership, and contractual terms of players, among other issues.

It hasn’t been any better on the field of play for the Kongolo, as they managed to collect just five points from 15 games in the first round, sitting rock bottom of the 16-team UPL table.
