Women Super League: Uganda Martyrs Ease Past Oilia

Uganda Martyrs Ladies dispatched Olila High in the FUFA Women Super League game played at Lubaga.

Latifa nakasi’ brace in the first stanza and Esther Naluyimba added the other goal as Uganda Martyrs cruised to a 3-0 emphatic win.

The victory secured second place for Uganda Martyrs who have collected 13 points while Olila are second from the bottom with three wins.

This was Latifa’s sixth goal of the league, and she is the joint leading goalscorer with Fazil Ikwapat of Lady Doves.

“It is a good win and am very happy that we have got three points to take us to the second position, so if I win my game on Sunday against She corporates and kawempe losses its game then I will top the table,” said Uganda Martyrs coach Rogers Nkugwa.
