Joel Madondo Set To Sign For Big League Money Bags

Striker Joel Madondo is on the verge of joining FUFA Big League side Gaddafi FC, The-SportsNation has exclusively learnt.

Gaddafi has been chasing the signature of Madondo, and he is expected to pen a short term deal as he continues to pursue a lucrative deal abroad.

Madondo is a free agent since parting ways with Wydad Casablanca after a torrid spell in Morocco.

He left Wydad frustrated due to unpaid salaries at a club he joined in January this year from Busoga United FC.

He has been targeted by Ghanian side Asante Kotoko and Uganda Premier League sides Vipers and Mbarara City FC.

Gaddafi FC beat Sansiro 3-0 to storm the Big League at Njeru during the Regional League playoffs in Njeru.

The Soldier Boys, funded by the Army, have already acquired Didi Muhammad from Nairobi Stima, Lawrence Kasadha, Patrick Gonahasa and Steven Munguchi and Godwin Kawaga ahead of the Big League.
