Mangat withdraws from Sexy Speed Jinja Rally

Former Uganda National rally champion Jas Mangat has on Friday withdrawn from the Jinja’s Sexy Speed rally just a day to the event.

Mangat cited tight business schedule that has forced him withdraw from taking part despite registering for the event earlier.

His withdrawal leaves Duncan “Kinkane” Mubiru with less much competition in the race.

Is the fourth registered driver to withdraw as also notably title contender Hassan Alwi notified organisers of his withdrawal due to the un inclusiveness related issues.

The rally which is the last on FMU calendar has now 31 cars. Meanwhile the scrutneering has been halted by Police in Jinja for yet to be known reason(s) since none of the two parties (police and rally organizers) yet to come out with a comment.
